Mind Wake-Evelyn`s Nightmare

Evelyn, a mage in training to become one of the top 3 mages in Cortoria trains with her best friend, Valerie, who shares the exact dream. One day Valerie sets out on a training mission but never returns,  her body is later found but in a much darker complexion. Seeing her best friend's  body leaves her in grief, mastering certain magic might be dangerous if the user  Isn't experienced. Evelyn decides to retire from being a mage.  Upon deciding ,Valerie's body erupts, a woman with Crimson hair and eyes stands before Evelyn. She reveals herself to be no other than her best friend, however a clone of Evelyn is standing by her, she too has a dark complexion. Whats going on? Is this some sort of magecraft at work? Or is this really a nightmare made real?
